What it does
The Media Library Browser loads the whole Media Storage library for a sub-account, every folder included, and shows it as one flat list. Each file has a thumbnail (for images), its name, its folder path and its direct link. You can copy a single link, open a file in a new tab, search the list, copy every link at once, or download the full inventory as CSV.
Why it matters
Media Storage is where logos, images for emails and funnels, PDFs and videos end up. Getting a file's link natively means going into the sub-account's media library, opening the right folder, finding the file and copying its URL. That's fine for one image.
It's slow when you need twenty links for a website rebuild, when a client asks for "all our images", or when you're auditing which assets a snapshot brought along. Nested folders make it worse: you click in, click out, and click into the next one. And there's no native list of every file with its link that you can hand to a designer or paste into a spreadsheet. Getting GoHighLevel media library links covers the native steps.
The path column helps too. Seeing each file's folder path next to its link shows where things actually live, which makes it easier to plan a cleanup or to tell a client where their files ended up after a snapshot import.
How it works
- Pick the sub-account and open Media.
- Sub-Account Manager loads the entire library, walking every folder. Large libraries take a little while; a status line tells you it's working, then shows the file count.
- Search by file name, folder path or part of the link. The count updates to show "12 of 340".
- For one file, use the copy button for its link, or the open button to view it in a new tab.
- For everything, press Copy all links to put every URL on your clipboard, one per line.
- Or press Download CSV for a spreadsheet with each file's name, URL, path, folder ID, category, subcategory and dates.
Good to know
- Whole library, every time. Copy all links and the CSV ignore your search filter on purpose, so you can't accidentally export half a library.
- Read-only. The browser lists and links files. It doesn't upload, rename, move or delete anything.
- Thumbnails show for images. Other file types show a file icon.
- Backing up media is a different job. Backup & Insights's File Backup copies the media library, along with contact files and recordings, into your own storage.
- Pair with the workflow list. When you're auditing a sub-account before a rebuild, the Workflow List gives you the automation side.
- Dates in the CSV. Created and updated dates make it easy to spot old assets nobody has touched in years.
Questions
Does Copy all links include everything or just my search results?

What's in the media CSV?
Name, URL, Path, Folder ID, Category, Subcategory, Created At and Updated At for every file.
