These terms are an agreement between you and Revenue Generating Solutions LLC, a Wyoming company ("we", "us"). They cover your use of RGS Tools: app.revenuegeneratingsolutions.com, the tools on its subdomains, and the RGS Tools app in the HighLevel Marketplace. If you use RGS Tools for a business, you accept these terms for that business. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
RGS Tools is a set of software tools that work with HighLevel accounts you connect: Field Finder, Sub-Account Manager, Blast Follow-Up, Conversation Exporter, Backup & Insights and Power-Ups. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove a tool you pay for, we'll stop charging for it and refund any prepaid time you haven't used.
RGS Tools is not made, affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc. The tools depend on HighLevel's API and platform. When HighLevel changes, limits or interrupts them, parts of RGS Tools may stop working until we adapt.
Your account
Keep your login details secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
- Free trial. Each tool and the All Tools Bundle come with a 7-day free trial on your first subscription to it. A card is collected at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your card is charged.
- Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout. Prices are per agency and include unlimited connected accounts. Taxes may be added where required.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds. Payments aren't refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires it or as stated in "The service" above.
- Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails and isn't fixed, we may pause the paid tools until it is.
Your connected accounts and data
- Connect only HighLevel accounts you own or are authorized to manage. For your clients' accounts, you're responsible for having their permission.
- You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to access, process and store it only as needed to run the tools you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You're responsible for how you use the tools' output. That includes following the laws that apply to messaging and calls (such as the TCPA, carrier and A2P 10DLC rules, and call-recording consent laws), data protection laws, and HighLevel's own terms.
- Changes you make with the tools (such as bulk field edits, user changes, tags or copied contacts) are applied directly to your HighLevel accounts. Check them before you run them. We can't undo changes in HighLevel for you.
Acceptable use
Don't use RGS Tools to:
- Break the law or anyone's rights, or send spam or unlawful messages
- Access accounts or data you aren't authorized to access
- Interfere with, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security
- Resell or share access to the service beyond your own agency without our written permission
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first.
Availability and support
We work to keep RGS Tools running and to back up the data we store, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Support is by email at support@revenuegeneratingsolutions.com, and we aim to reply within one business day.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Backup & Insights is a convenience copy. It isn't a replacement for your own records or HighLevel's data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims by third parties, including your clients and their contacts, arising from your use of the service, your data or your breach of these terms.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using RGS Tools and close your account at any time. We can end these terms or suspend the service if you materially break them. After closing, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The sections on disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law continue after the agreement ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and email you about significant changes. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
