For the whole-agency connection, you approve our marketplace app once. It's a standard HighLevel install and nothing changes in your sub-accounts. For a single sub-account you can paste a Private Integration Token instead. Power-Ups are the exception: they run inside HighLevel, so you paste one line into Agency Settings › Custom JS once and they appear in every sub-account.
Tokens are encrypted at rest and only decrypted on our server to make the API call you asked for. They're never sent to your browser. Remove a sub-account or uninstall the app from HighLevel at any time.
