What it does
Before you tag anyone, Blast Follow-Up shows you who's on the list. After the reply check, the never-replied list appears with names and phone numbers, a total count, and a footer explaining who was left out: how many because they replied, and how many because they couldn't be checked.
You can narrow it by typing a phrase from the blast into Only texts containing. And Export CSV downloads the full list, not just the preview, for review in a spreadsheet or for use somewhere else.
Why it matters
Tagging is cheap to undo in theory, but a tag that triggers a workflow or feeds a resend is real. It's worth seeing the list first, especially the first few times, or when a blast went out to an unusual segment.
The CSV covers the cases a tag doesn't. A manager wants to see who didn't respond before approving a resend. You want to hand the list to a dialer or a rep for calls instead of another text. You're reporting on a campaign and need the count with names. Natively, building that list means exporting contacts and cross-referencing message history by hand. Finding contacts who never replied shows that manual approach and where it falls short.
How it works
- Pick a blast in the Blast Finder and let the reply check finish.
- Read the Never replied list. The header shows the total and notes when only the first 25 are shown.
- Switch Leave out between "ever replied" and "replied since this blast" to compare the two lists. The preview and counts update right away.
- Type a phrase into Only texts containing to keep only contacts whose blast text included it. The list refreshes as you type.
- Press Export CSV to download everyone on the current list, with the same filters applied.
- When you're happy, tag them with the Resend Tagger, or use the CSV however you need.
The text filter solves a specific problem. If you sent two different messages in the same hour (say, one offer to renewals and another to new leads), they can land in the same blast. Typing a phrase unique to one message splits them apart without changing the detection settings.
Good to know
- Filters carry into the export. The CSV matches the list on screen: same leave-out mode, same text filter.
- Times are UTC. The "Blast text sent at" column is in UTC, so adjust when comparing to local send times.
- Preview is capped at 25 to stay fast. The count and the CSV always cover the full list.
- No tagging happens here. Previewing and exporting don't change anything in GoHighLevel.
- Phone numbers included. The CSV's Phone column makes it easy to hand non-responders to a dialer or a rep for calls instead of another text.
Questions
How many contacts does the preview show?
The first 25, with the total count at the top. Export the CSV to see everyone.
What columns are in the CSV?
Contact ID, Name, Phone, the time the blast text was sent (UTC) and the last text sent to that contact.
