What it does
Page Size adds more choices to the rows-per-page menu at the bottom of GoHighLevel's contact lists. Next to 20, 50 and 100 you get 250, 500, 1,000 and Custom…, where you type any number up to 1,000. Your pick is remembered, so the list opens at that size next time.
Why it matters
As of October 2026, GoHighLevel's contact lists stop at 100 rows per page. On a sub-account with thousands of contacts, that means clicking through dozens of pages to scan a list, check tags or select a batch by hand. Bigger pages mean fewer clicks and more on screen at once.
How it works
Page Size runs inside GoHighLevel as part of Power-Ups through the one Custom JS line. When a list's rows-per-page menu appears, it adds the extra sizes. Choosing one asks HighLevel for that many contacts in a single page, the same way the built-in sizes do. It only changes how many rows you see; it doesn't change any contact.
Large pages take a few seconds longer to load. If HighLevel ever turns down a big page, Page Size drops that list back to 100 automatically.
Questions
What's the most it will show?
1,000 rows per page. Past that the browser slows down, so the Custom box stops there.
Does it remember my choice?
Yes, in your browser, separately for each kind of list. Pick 20 again to go back.
What if a list won't load at a big size?
If HighLevel ever refuses a page that big, Page Size switches that list back to 100 and says so, so you never get stuck on an empty list.
