White labeling is how a GoHighLevel agency presents the platform as its own product. Clients log in at the agency's domain, see the agency's logo and colors, and receive links on the agency's branded domain. Many agencies sell the result under their own software name and never mention HighLevel to their clients.
The main white-label settings live in the agency's Settings, under Company (as of October 2026). They include the agency logo and name, a whitelabel domain for the login portal, an API domain that brands system-generated links such as SMS and email tracking links, and custom CSS and JS. Branded mobile apps and SaaS mode are related but separate offerings.
In practice
A typical setup:
- Point a subdomain like
app.youragency.comat GoHighLevel and set it as the whitelabel domain. - Upload the agency logo and favicon, and set the company name.
- Set a branded API domain so links in messages don't show a generic domain.
- Add custom CSS for colors and custom JS for any add-ons you load into the app.
Clients and their staff then live entirely in your branded environment. That's also why agencies care which third-party tools appear inside the app: anything visible to clients becomes part of the agency's product.
Where it shows up in RGS Tools
RGS Tools comes from Revenue Generating Solutions, a white-label GoHighLevel agency that built the tools for its own sub-accounts first. Power-Ups load inside your white-labeled app through one Custom JS line, and you choose which sub-accounts see each one. RGS Tools is not affiliated with HighLevel Inc.
